Why do we charge a Fee?
Collecting our fee helps offset are cost of underwriting deals and allows us to focus on interested borrowers. This also triggers our Fund Reservation Policy for the approved amount, making our funding process more efficient, less costly for the borrower and broker.
Is an Admin fee a legal charge?
Yes, as a Mortgage Lender we apply an administrative charge to our application for processing.
Is the Admin Fee Refundable?
If for any reason on our part we are unable to fund the mortgage offered and approved, the fee is refunded within 24 hours.
My client doesn't agree with the fee
Our ability to work on files quickly is an advantage to brokers and borrowers alike, the purpose of the fee is to separate serious borrowers from those who haven't yet decided if our offer is best suited for them.
